Thank you Mike.

Martin uses a PrintOpen profile and EFI's iterative calibration tool (SCO). I compared the gamuts of his profile and a quick cross-check-profile I made with Argyll from his measurement data.

His profile shows some gamut shortfalls in the problematic area whereas the Argyll profile covers FOGRA39 completely.
