In ColorThink's Grapher you can typically double-click any plot item and it will open that item into the appropriate viewer (Profile Inspector for profiles and the Color Worksheet for lists / images).
What you want to do is open a profile into the worksheet.... and it just happens that you CAN, in fact, do this.
Hold down the option key and double-click the profile in the plot list and it will open the gamut boundary points into the worksheet.
