Mac Life is a printed German Mac magazine; the website you see is just
the accompanying online presence. (That's why I was able to post links
to the downloadable PDF versions of the printed articles.) Think of it
as something like a German "Macworld" (the print magazine).
Mac Life is as far away from a peer-reviewed scientific journal as
your average computer magazine is - very far. However, that doesn't
mean I didn't try to perform the research with high standards in mind.
This was a very special project for Mac Life (and would have been for
any other general purpose computer magazine). An obvious hint on that
would be simply the amount of space (> 60 pages so far, and
continuing) reserved for this topic.
