As an update to the IDCS3 issue, the latest Canon drivers have a
selection to use Fast Graphic Process. This setting uses another print
path that does not introduce the the monitor profile into the RGB
print flow from IDCS3. As of yet I have seen no quality issues with
the FGP selected.

HI Tyler
From what I've read, It is only InDesign CS3 that applies color
management differently from previous versions. Photoshop should work
the same as CS2 and older versions. It is a well documented problem
in the Adobe forums and has been brought up several times in this
mailing list as well. Back in May, Chris Murphy posted a solution to
the InDesign problem:

Hope this helps!
