New monitor

Could I get some recommendations for a new monitor for photo editing. I'm interested in a 24" or 27" monitor at the lowest price possible for a "good" display. Any comment on the Dell ULTRASHARP 2709W . I'd love to afford an Eizo, but I'm not sure I can swing the cost right now.
