I have to extract the measurement data stored in "DEVD" / "DEVS" private tags of a Monaco ICC v4 profile. Are there any tools available for this purpose or is the (binary) format documented somewhere?

An example profile can be foud here: <http://www.museofineart.com/files/Museo MAX_Epson 7900.9900 (ArchivalMattePaper_MaxQ).icm>

The tag type is 'MSBN'. Guess RDF. Perhaps http://www.librdf.org can read that.
