At the risk of repeating what others have said, measure your profiling
target with and without the laminate, make profiles for both and then
generate proofs for *both*. Present both to the pressman and have them
match the unlamented proof and so that, once laminated, it will match
the laminated proof. Seeing both will inspire confidence, be
educational and keeps them "in the loop".
So, first, convert from GRACoL2006_C1 to LaminateProfile (relCol or
Perceptual). Then, proof the results using the regular GRACoL2006_C1
MX4
workflow.
You'll essentially you'll be *assigning* the unlamented profile to the
source file and converting to the inkjet space when printing for the
unlamented proof. I'm sure you can figure this out - the exact
logistics of how you chose to proof both with and without the laminate
will vary per your workflow.
