Hello Ken,
At the time you wrote your question, last week, BabelColor CT&A could not
measure a flash output with an Eye-One Pro.
However, I just added the feature to the program and it can now do it!
I added a "Flash" measurement mode in the Graph tools. Once a flash is
measured, you get its Illuminance (in lux-sec), the Correlated Color
Temperature (CCT), the Color Rendering Index (CRI), and the reference
Illuminant used to compute the CRI (usually a D-Series Illuminant for a
flash).
You can also compare the flash output with the spectrum of the reference
Illuminant.
The update is available for download and is free for all current customers.
I also updated the Help manual and the Web site to reflect the changes.

Both SpectraShop and BabelColorĀ¹s CT&A can be used with the eye-one pro to
take measurements. Does anyone know if either of these tools will allow me
to measure the spectrum of a flash source, such as Broncolor strobe
lights?
I think I used to be able to do this with the eye-one share software, but
I
can no longer run that software on my machine.
Thanks.
