Marco,
This has happened to me as well, several times--the other instrument
as an i1 Display2. If there is a dedicated colorimeter I'll use it,
of course, but for all-around usability the i1 Pro has been excellent.

Hi Marco,
It happend twice, what else can I say.
My trusty EyeOne Pro Rev.B (nonUV) get the Delta-e a lot lower then
i1Displays I've tested. I test with EyeOne Match and Monitor
Validator.
People call us when they think something it's not right. It
happend it
two different clients.
One with PCs running Dell UltraSharp 2407. 6 month old i1 Display.
Delta went from not usable 2 down to 0,8 on 3 displays. I was so
disappointed with those Dells...
The other client had Apple Cinema 23" on MacPro and went from 0.7 to
0.3. He had brand new i1 Display. On old CRTs works like i1Pro.
Both clients were so mad about i1Display performance, and the same
time so happy they got better color.
All with 6500k, G2.2 120cd2.
Alex,
To be sure that I understand you correctly, you are saying that
your EyeOne
Pro Rev B spectrophotometer improved the results in all those
instances,
whereas the results from the EyeOne Display 2 were unsatisfactory when
compared to the EyeOne Pro?

Thank you, Mr. Pascale and Mr. Myers.
These devices will be included, along with a ZX Spectrum plenty of
accesories, in a small museum for the enjoyment of students at the
University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria when visit the Laboratory of
Photography and Image Processing.
I am sure that knowledge of the old photographic processes (in this
story with the invaluable help of Angel Fuentes y Cía), optical and
photometry, helps us better understand the processes of digital
imaging and present our knowledge to those who are interested.
