Europe: FOGRA27 (ISO 12647-2; 2004)
I can only give an account of Europe: Those Europeans who care about
color use FOGRA39 based CMYK spaces as default as these are in line with
the current ISO standard. The profile "ISO coated v2 (ECI)" from eci.org
is used much more often for that purpose than the FOGRA39 profile that
ships with Adobe products. But I guess the Adobe FOGRA27 profile you
mentioned (AKA "Europe ISO Coated") is still more widespread in Europe
as Adobe products still don't ship with a FOGRA29 preset.
Is Photoshop 5 Default CMYK still seen a lot nowadays?
no.
