Right, the SDK and CP won't let you make targets with patches that
cover more then 8.75x15 inches (as indicated by the red box in CP
targets).

What is it exactly, that you are trying to do?
I have found that increasing the length and making the patches smaller
increases the chance of measurement failure. At some point, the whole
workflow will actually be faster if the target is cut into multiple
pages, and the patches left near the 7mm default size.
