Well, you are right Scott but as you can see for yourself Bill's patch size is 6 x 5.5 mm and his charts are fantastic and they even look great. What I want is to have a chart with about 2000 patches on one sheet off paper. It seams that I can only squeeze about 1750 patches. At least in ProfileMaker. I don't want to print 2 sheets and feed two sheets.

Maybe I am spoiled by my iSis?

I have found that increasing the length and making the patches smaller increases the chance of measurement failure. At some point, the whole workflow will actually be faster if the target is cut into multiple pages, and the patches left near the 7mm default size.
