I just remembered the the old PhotoCAL and OptiCAL software hardware
was compatible. Results did not match that of Praxisoft, which gave
results closer to the profiled printers.
I still have all those discs and puck, or Spyder, as it was
called. I was a distributor at that time. I sold the stuff, but
had to work a way around to get the appropriate results. I knew it
was junk and just could not sell it without warning clients about the
results.
Thank you for your prompt consideration and response
Sincerely,
David B. Miller, Pharm. D., member

I used their software and puck successfully when using OS 9. Their
puck also worked with the LaCie software at that time which was

This was in 1999 to maybe when OS X came about. Telephone support
slowly vanished and then so did the web support. Their software/
hardware where nearly identical to Monaco in the early years.
And, if I am wrong, I stand or sit corrected.
Hope this helps.
