I used their software and puck successfully when using OS 9. Their
puck also worked with the LaCie software at that time which was
extremely similar to the Proxisoft.
This was in 1999 to maybe when OS X came about. Telephone support
slowly vanished and then so did the web support. Their software/
hardware where nearly identical to Monaco in the early years. And,
if I am wrong, I stand or sit corrected.
Hope this helps.

Subject: Monitor calibration software for OS9 computer
I'm sad to say, but my Sony Artisan has died. So I'm in the market
for a new monitor. But I'm not actually seeking advice regarding
this decision.
Instead, my question revolves around how to calibrate the new
monitor on an old computer, which is an Apple with OS9 that I use
to run my Howtek 4500 drum scanner with Trident. Up until now, I
was using the software and colorimeter that came with the Artisan,
but that won't be the case anymore. So I'm stuck. I haven't been
able to find any software/hardware combination that is OS9
compatible. Can anyone offer some suggestions?
Thanks!
Mike Boden
