I am trying to make a paper profile for an Epson 4000 running OSX Snow
Leopard and using Photoshop SC4. I printed a set of targets generated
from ProfileMaker 5.0.8. The patches looked good so I measured the
patches and generated a profile. I checked the 3-D model of the profile
with ColorThink and everything looked good. I made a print with the new
profile and it was way to dark and over saturated. I checked my
settings and tried again. Still the same result. The print looks like
it was double color managed. Could the Epson 4000 driver in Snow
Leopard have a bug? I have made profiles for this printer before under
10.4.11 with no problems using the same target files. Has anyone had
any such problems or have any suggestions?
Thanks,
David Iannarelli
