It may work if as you have found some path to make it work whatever the
means.
No uninstaller, no documentation, no resource for information, inaccurate
information, lack of cross platform support. Marketing a device is not or
shouldn't be such a misadventure. They will not have an increased support
base if they have such little and diminishing satisfied user base.
Quality assurance is the other side of this , and there too, unacceptable
for this type of monitor.

I had done so as soon as it came out. Not because I want to use a hack but
because that is the only option.

Yes it seems that way. Very sad as you can calibrate an Eizo with a
ColorMunki and it works like a "dream".
I reinstalled DC APS on Leopard last night. Deleted the preferences , and
tried a profile. All went well until I realised it hosed the clut for
multiple monitors . Each time the profile is changed the sickening yellow
comes back. So the driver or EDID info is hosed by changing system
preferences. Not a good thing. I am not sure if it's Obi 1 or Darth Vader
that is installed>
