Hi Deb
I'm coming to this thread a bit late as I've been on holiday so forgive me if you've been given this advice before.
We sell a lot of EIZOs and whenever we get a customer with colour cast issues that can't be attributed to the measurement device we find that the problem is usually solved by deleting some of the hidden files that ColorNavigator uses and that don't get over written on re-installation. First do a monitor reset using the menus on the CG241W. The reset is in the Tools section I think. Then follow these instructions from EIZO:
> If the problem is not solved by re-installing the latest version of CN then please uninstall ColorNavigator and delete the following file. And then re-install ColorNavigator again.
> (Note) Please know that adjustment history data and configuration data are lost.
