Hi Joe,
In answer to your direct question: No.
However, the following seem possible (apologies if these are obvious and already eliminated):
1 Epson rumoured to have modified drivers (Epson 2880 reported) with result that (non-Epson) continuous ink systems do not work properly in recent release. Epson inks/cartridges not affected. Seems likely that there would be zero difference between CS3 and CS4 in that case as everything would be driver dependant.
2 Is it possible that you have printed with "absolute colorimetric" intent? (The presence of optical brighteners in most papers requires the system to supply a lot of yellow ink to compensate for the underlying blue-ish paper 'white').
3 It is possible that the image content (if using "perceptual" intent) could under some circumstances affect colours in an unpredictable way, because the perceptual remapping (to constrain everything to printer gamut) can potentially affect many other colours. This is a purely speculative suggestion, and the possibility could be eliminated by checking with a very desaturated image (e.g. a greyscale).
4 The obvious issue of blocked (cyan/light cyan) ink delivery (...nozzle check?)
I would be cautious about reprofiling, because it feels like applying a band-aid to stop the bleeding instead of taking the razor-blade away! However, if it works..........then it shows that it pays to be pragmatic.

There is a strong yellow cast happening. All CM and print settings are correct. The result is the same when using the Epson paper profile or my own custom profile. Didn't notice this problem previously with older versions of the OS. I'm about to re-profile, but I'm wondering if the problem lies with OS X and/or the Epson driver. I'm aware of issues with Snow Leopard/CS4/Epson drivers, but has anyone been down this particular road or close to it?
