Ilford silver halide fiber based paper does indeed have OBAs in (or more
likely under) the emulsion while the paper base itself does not.
However, Ilford Warmtone fiber paper has no OBAs. In either case, I
would bet that such prints would outlast most alternatives based on
actual real world results rather than accelerated test projections.
Fading aside, I am not satisfied with the physical durability of inkjet
prints.

My old Ilford Multigrade prints, which I made over 25 years ago, still
show
a distinct blue glow under a UV light, to this day. I'm told that the
OBAs
reside deeply embedded into those gelatin papers, safely shielded from
direct contact with air, and thus not subject to oxidation (and the
consequent gradual changes in apparent paper color).
I don't know how accurate that assessment is. The fact remains that
there
were indeed OBAs in the quality silver-based gelatin ("wet") papers
which we
used to use in the darkroom.
