Can't say specifically about the CG210 but I've been using the CG211 on my MacBook Pro for a few years now with no issues. Calibrating/profiling the display via DDC has worked well with ColorEyes Display Pro. Only glitch ever was when I installed Snow Leopard and had to wait a couple of weeks for an update to ColorEyes to fix a profile verification bug (calibration/profiling itself was never affected as I recall).
