Chris,
Go to www.studiorip.com and download a demo. It does film positives
and also color proofs, both continuous tone and "dot proofs"
(simulating the final halftone dot), and has it's own profiling
module.
Proofmaster (www.proofmaster.net) also does film positives and color proofing.
