Hi Martin,
there used to be an English translation in the past but for the latest release it seems not to be available.
Send a short email to the BVDM <email@hidden> or use their contact form at <http://www.bvdm-online.de/Kontakt/>, they should respond quickly.
Maybe you should also ask for an earlier release in English. The changes to the latest release are typically not of dramatic impact, but it might depend on the information you are looking for.
