Also, for what it's worth, I don't believe
http://www.december.com/html/spec/colorucl.html has a tremendously
accurate conversion of the centroids of ISCC/NBS blocks to sRGB. I
have some little programs for computing them lying around someplace,
but not entirely handy. If you're still looking for one though, let me
know and I'll try to do that computation.

Nathan Moroney has been friendly and helpful answering questions when
I've asked, but personally I don't find his web survey a very credible
basis for pairing color names to colors: basically it's a
self-selected set of respondants, with an experiment performed on
people's varying uncalibrated monitors with no attempt to control
lighting or other experimental conditions, and entirely in a on the
web where no color management of any kind is done. Translating those
sRGB values to Munsell coordinates can only make matters worse.
