Have you tried putting an alias to your network ICC folder in your local
profile folder? I cannot test this right now, but I know that aliases do
work between the various local ICC folders so I'm thinking as long as your
users have the appropriate network volume mounted it could do the trick.
This would be a Mac-centric solution BTW; I have no way to test if a Windows
shortcut would work the same way (I guess it depends on whether Windows
would "follow" a shortcut to its source when scanning the profile folder).
