Yup, it's a bug I think and appears in the dock too. I mostly always see this ugliness but sometimes for whatever reason, the dock reverts to proper appearance. When the colors are off, only the Finder icon is correct and all others are over saturated.
I have to wonder if this is somehow related to the issue I reported a few months back in respect to Keynote not being color managed correctly. When the dock is ugly, Keynote does'nt preview correctly although Preview, ColorSync utility and Adobe app's all preview color correctly. When the dock looks OK, so does Keynote although it's rare and I don't know what I have to do to reset everything.
I'm running 10.8.3 on a MacBook, lid closed, driving a SpectraView PA271.
