I cannot speak to all your devices, but the i1Pro works on Mavericks but you must upgrade the XRDS (X-Rite Device Services) to version 2.3.2 which can be found here http://www.xrite.com/product_overview.aspx?ID=1509&Action=support&SoftwareID=1338.
For a list of other X-Rite programs that may, or may not, need upgrading for Mavericks here is a link http://www.xrite.com/product_overview.aspx?ID=1914&Action=support&SupportID=5727.
The XRDS upgrade will also affect any program using the X-Rite i1Pro libraries such as SpectraShop and BabelColor’s CT&A and PatchTool. SpectraShop works fine once the XRDS upgrade is installed.
As to Mavericks in general, some things work faster with Mavericks, others behave erratically. My Magic Mouse suddenly stops scrolling in some programs, which is maddening since it seems to be random as to which program and when. If you have the disappearing scrollbars enabled (default), then there is no way to continue scrolling without restarting the program. A particular problem with long emails in Mail. My workaround was to force all the scrollbars to be constantly visible (System Preferences/General).
Good luck!

I use Photoshop CS5 and would like to use CS6; Epson drivers and software for the 7890; and iOne Spectro for profiling. If there are still issues, then maybe I should wait. I am still not sure if everything plays nice in Mavericks.
