Well, first...you can always step outside....
But, if this is for general lighting rather than a viewing booth, this is
what you want:

I've got a couple in my home, my parents have a couple in theirs...and the
quality of the light is literally as good as it gets. Truly ideal.
You likely also know about these bulbs:

They're the best I've encountered for electrical lighting. I'd also strongly
recommend them over the various daylight simulator viewing booths; you're
not going to encounter the light sources in those booths anywhere outside of
such a booth, but you'll find SoLux bulbs in all sorts of galleries and
shops and the like -- as well as my own home. And note that they also make
light booths with both one of their bulbs and an incandescent bulb.

Of that there's no doubt. And it'll remain the case for the next few billion
