I had a few Fuji Provia slides to scan for a friend recently so I profiled my Screen 1045ai drum scanner using the Fuji HCT target. Closest match for the scanner profile was, ironically, Don4RGB.icc. I tend to convert from scanner profile to a working space profile rather than leave it in the scanner color space. Scanned as 48 bit RGB of course.
