It’s *very* confusing. If it’s really the actual lighting conditions in a “television studio” that the documentation refers to, even assuming that these are always the same – why should I care?
I do not use my computer to reproduce content produced in “television studios”. So what relevance does this have for the correct configuration of color management on my computer? Argyll’s documentation certainly sounds as if this was a general recommendation.
