Printing Targets, Print Settings

Hi,
I’m running macOS Mojave and want to print targets to an Epson P800. What is
the current recommendation for printing profile targets? Is Adobe Print Utility
the only way?
I once printed from i1Profiler, but with Mojave 10.14.6 the print settings
dialog is an unusable mess. All of the “Print Features” are available in the
same submenu, Basic, Advanced, AWB, all lumped together. Many Apple apps also
have this barfed up jumble of selections which make them unusable for any
printing.
Photoshop still has the old interface and naming “Print Settings,” and the
separate tabs come up for Basic, Advanced, and AWB has its own selection
interface, and one can print. But of course with ColorSync broken and always
insisting on some profile you don’t want, printing targets won’t work in
Photoshop.
Does anyone know what is going on with the printer dialog windows? Seems Apple
keeps breaking usable workflow?
Thanks,
David
