You cannot print targets for color management through Photoshop since CS6 or
so. Don’t event try.
Adobe Color Print Utility still works just fine even under Catalina. The
ColorSync Utility should work too but really, if you have i1Profiler just use
that. It’s designed to print targets without color management and does so
without issue on this end, make sure you’ve got the latest version for your OS.
Qimage One has a ‘no color management‘ print mode. So does Roy Harringtons
‘Print Tool‘ but neither are free like ACPU.
