Niko,

That makes sense.

I sent you an email directly regarding our AutoTune problems
(crashing). That one specified the Logic porting SDK I've now got
installed. I also have what I guess is the latest CoreAudio stuff
(from "CoreAudio SDK v1.0.dmg" dated 9/6/02). In it, I noticed that
AUBase, CarbonEventHandler and AUCarbonViewControl have changed. It
was when I put those files in the Base Classes:Apple folder of the VST
Porting SDK project that things changed. The old Pan example that I'd
extended no longer displays its view. And our ported VST version of
AutoTune no longer compiles, but gives errors about :windows.h" not
being found.

Perhaps I've just mixed up versions of the software or something.
Here's what I see on my hard drive (the downloaded compressed files):

"CoreAudio SDK v1.0.dmg" dated 9/6/02
"vstsdk22_macho_plugin_example.dmg" dated 11/3/02
"LPAU2SDK6.sit" dated 12/4/02
"vstgui.sit" dated 5/7/02

Are these correct? If so, I'll try trashing all my expanded
directories and restoring them from these files and see if that helps.

Thanks,
Howard
