There is a dependency-checking problem with CW and plist files which
you can work around if you select the .plc file in the IDE and
explicitly compile it once -- from then on it will be generated as part
of the build. Tossing the entire bundle folder can actually be
detrimental sometimes. I don't fully understand the problem either but
doing what I say above always works (for me anyway).

We've seen this too. Don't know what causes it. We just throw out the
entire folder and build it again.
