Unless it has changed recently, the exact same thing is installed as
example code in the December 2001 Developer Tools.
(/Developer/Examples/CoreAudio/Services/SampleAudioUnits/) So you don't
have to be an ADC member to get this.
(Of course, there's no reason not to sign up as an Online ADC member,
since it's free.)
