/System/Library/Frameworks/CoreMIDI.framework/Headers/CoreMIDI.h
All of CoreAudio is presented in a set of frameworks (CoreAudio,
CoreMIDI, CoreMIDIServer, AudioToolbox, and AudioUnit
frameworks). You include these frameworks (in a Mach-o project)
in your Codewarrior project to link, and the headers are in the
Headers folder in each framework.
