MIDI driver debug

In the interests of getting this out sooner rather than later, attached
is a quick-n-dirty tool that does pretty much the same thing as the
MIDIServer when searching and loading drivers -- printing what it finds.

(not too big an attachment, hope the list lets it through and that no
one minds)
