Quartz Extreme and PCI audio card performance

  • Subject: Quartz Extreme and PCI audio card performance

Does anybody have any comments on whether the new Quartz Extreme technology
will cause bottlenecks on the PCI bus? I remember in the early days of PCI audio when
grabby 3D cards hogged the bus causing choppy audio. Is there anything to worry about?

Thanks,

Robert.
