Just out of curiosity, does anyone know why top often sorts this 0%
MIDIServer thread to be at or near the top of the process list, above
processes whose sustained CPU usage is much higher than 0%? It's hard
to tell if this is a harmless top anomoly, a harmless scheduling
book-keeping anomoly, or a cry for help :-).
