Here's my contribution to the V2 AU Effects fiesta :-)

A very preliminary app that allows multiple effects to be loaded simultaneously in
a chain with a DLS synth at one end and DefaultOutput at the other. Save and restore
is mostly supported - (OK for Apple's effects :-)

It's using the AudioViews palette (with some enhancements) that I'll work on fixing
up and shipping source et al.
