Thanks. Any idea when they will be supported? It would be nice if the
help documentation would say that this is not currently supported.
I've been pulling my hair out over this for quite some time.
From the help file in Quicktime 6:
"You can also have QuickTime use an external hardware synthesizer
instead of the built-in one.
To specify a different synthesizer:
Open System Preferences, then click QuickTime. Click the Music tab,
then select the synthesizer you want to use."
