Setting this flag to 'true' works. I don't know what it means, but it works.
I glanced at the source, but beside the trend of using 'goto' for no apparent
reason, I didn't really pick up the meaning of that flag.

Setting this flag to false makes my driver dies a miserable death while
trying to convert the float buffer to DMA-edible stuff.

Maybe there should be a warning somewhere about that.
