We're doing some more work on custom views and have found a problem that we
believe others are having on this list.

If you install a custom event handler, then when the view is removed from
the window, not removing this custom event handler will cause a crash...
(thus the need for a virtual destructor in the base class, and some logic in
the derived class to remove this)

We're exploring this further and will have an updated fix in the next SDK
(and will post our findings to the list before then)
