Yes, this question has come up 3 or so times over the last year or 2.
I was pretty sure the word you needed for searching was "capture" but using
this to search the archives seemed to yield only a question and no answer.
Using "capture audio output" via either "Substring" or "Exact" method
yielded no better results. However, you can search for "audio hijack" which
is a product that may or may not do exactly what you need. Here is one

Not all the relevant responses to this issue involved "audio hijack"
unfortunately, but this is a start. It looks like you may get more of _one_
of the threads if you search for the title which is "reading audio output".
