So did we ever get confirmation on what we are supposed to do? I see a lot
of apps behaving differently than ours. It looks like it is not good enough
to iterate through destinations, for example, via
MIDIGetNumberOfDestinations()/MIDIGetDestination() and get a name via
kMIDIPropertyName.
