New AudioFile/AudioConverter section in the CoreAudio Swiki

I've added a section on the AudioFile/AudioConverter APIs to the Swiki
(
http://www.mat.ucsb.edu:8000/CoreAudio) which currently has a single
entry that explains how to produce a stereo AIFF file from a
non-interleaved stereo float format. (Feel free to correct it if I've
made any glaring errors :-)
Hope people find it useful. It would be great if people could add
examples for other formats over time. Perhaps just a list of ASBDs for
common formats would be useful?
