Hmmm,
I had somethng like this arbitrary times, but not recently. I think it
had been helpful to launch PB first and open projects from its menu.
Otherwise, try installing April 03 Dev Tools (connect.apple.com),
trashing prefs (which are the usual suspects, I guess)
Have you touched location of Developer/ folder? - I think it should
stay where it is (root directory)

i've just upgraded from 10.1.2 to 10.2.4 and installed the DevSDK
package
(which was in the applications folder).
i'm trying to launch some project files and i get the bouncing icon
but then
everything goes back to the way it was.
i had previously run project builder on 10.1.2 no problem
any tips/thoughts?
