Hi Kurt

Time for yet another really dumb question---

In Macs which feature "Processor Cycling" or "Reduce Processor Speed"
options, is the HostTime rate modulated when these features kick in?

A related question-- in OSX, are the "Processor Cycling" and "Reduce
Processor Speed" features still supported, or are they now illegal? For
laptop use, I'm still struggling along an a maxxed-out 1998 PB Wallstreet,
so haven't had any hands-on experience with later-model PowerBooks. The
Wallstreet seems to run Jaguar pretty well, by the way (GRIN).

Thanks

James Chandler Jr.
