It should just report the public ones of course...

Of course, if you have something meaningful for that parameter to report and want to see it displayed, you can publish it as a read only parameter - we're thinking of revving the AUGenericView to update the values of the read only parameters as they change.

I think this is much more versatile than the Readable/Writable stuff we had some time ago.
