I have just moved my mini sequencer from Carbon to Cocoa and it does not work. MyReadProc is called when I play on my keyboard but I get no midi out. The code is exactly the same as in Carbon. Is there something special I must do to use CoreMIDI with Cocoa?

You shouldn't need to do anything differently. I've been using CoreMIDI with Cocoa for more than a year without having any problems like that.

Try making a simple little test app that sends a note event when a button is pressed. If that doesn't work, ask again...
