Hmm... what if the UI is embedded by the host in a compositing window?
trick that works (but I wouldn't recommend) is to call SizeWindow at the
end of your CreateUI and give some totally wrong dimensions (this is why
I would strongly discourage this, as another host might not keep
resizing its window to the correct size, and the user would be left
with a totally wrong window size...
